Fikret has gained an international audience of coaching clients and speaking platforms and has earned an M.B.A. from the London School of Economics. Fikret is also a co-author with Brian Tracy in the best-selling book entitled “Success in the New Economy” .
Ali Sukru, Chief Executive Officer
Having learned valuable life lessons and leadership skills from his father, Fikret, Ali is an exemplary young leader. Graduating from Sir Wilfred Laurier University with a B.A. in Children’s Education, Ali has a firm understanding of the gaps the educational system does not help prepare today’s youth.
His yearning to share his knowledge and experiences to help youth and people of all ages to get the most out of their lives has been the driving force behind him getting his Coaching designation. With his high energy and kind spirit, Ali is a definite asset to the team and to his growing clientele.

Graduating from McMaster University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Combined Honours in Philosophy and Economics, Jason combines his education, experiences, and especially his passion for helping others to create personalized lessons to best address his students’ specific needs, and to help them succeed.

He was also a co-founder of the McMaster Model United Nation Conference, a conference that has been awarded as the best event at McMaster University for two years in a row.
