Course overview
Set over 5 weekly evenings, participants in The Dynamic Leader course will be given the necessary tools in order to become a more dynamic leader. Theoretical perspectives and practical tips enhanced with practical assignments and engaging group work and discussions, will help participants gain more knowledge in order to succeed in today's performance-driven market.

session 1
Confidence
Having confidence in your leadership abilities, regardless of what level you are it, is the cornerstone of being a Dynamic Leader.
In this module, you will learn strategies on how to elevate your confidence levels for immediate results.
session 2
Lead vs Manage
Far too many leaders are too busy with time wasters that they lose sight of the bigger picture and consequently not producing the results they need or want.
In this module, you will learn the difference between leading a team and just managing one to produce your desired results.
session 3
High Performance Team
The task of any leader is to hire and train people for their team.
What truly sets apart a Dynamic Leaders is the ability to hire the right people in order to develop a high performing team. In this module you will not only learn tactics on finding and developing those high performers, you will also learn what is required of you and your team in today's economy.
session 4
Change and Conflict
Change is inevitable. However in the last decade, the workplace has seen unprecedented changes that the world has never experienced before. Failing economy, increasing demands on leaders as well as any internal strife on your team can cause chaos and can derail your progress.
In this module you will learn strategies on how to deal with the ever changing workplace as well as how to deal with conflict on the team.

Dynamic Leader
Having learned and built your foundation to become a Dynamic Leader to lead yourself and your team to victory, you will be putting it into practice using real case scenarios in a group activity.
